About the event

Andrew Rauch has over 30 years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis in real property, eminent domain, business, tort defense and civil rights. Prior to his legal career, he was employed in the California State Senate and managed local and statewide initiatives. His clients include public entities, religious and political organizations, property and business owners and their insurers. He is a contributing author to two textbooks on real property and condemnation practice in California and a frequent lecturer in his fields of expertise.

An application requesting MCLE credit for this activity is pending for approval by the State Bar of California to allow a one-half hour credit for those who wish to attend just the first 30 minutes of the presentation and a one hour credit for those who attend the entire participatory lecture.
