About the Event

Revered Patrick J. Mulcahy

Rev. Patrick J. Mulcahy is the Pastor at St. Joseph’s Cathedral in downtown San Diego. He was born in San Antonio, Texas to a military family. He has lived in and around the north San Diego county for most of his life. He graduated in 1989 from UC San Diego with a degree in Economics. Thereafter, he felt a call from God and entered into the seminary. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1995 and has served in several parishes throughout the Diocese of San Diego, including: St. John the Evangelist, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Calexico, St. Francis of Assisi, Vista, St. Mary, Star Of the Sea in Oceanside, Corpus Christi in Bonita.

Fr. Pat will give a reflection and meditation about Lent, how we should use our time, what God is calling us to do during Lent, and the practices of fasting, abstinence, and penitence.

We will meet in the Parish Hall behind the Church. Food will be served. Please join us for Mass before the Talk.
